Q. Do you offer Worldwide shipping?
A. Yes we do!
Q. When will my order arrive?
A. All orders have 7 days processing time before shipped out, except all customised name necklaces that takes longer. International orders can take anything from 7-14 working days to arrive (Saturday and Sunday not counted) More detailed info can be found under "shipping and return policy"
Q. I haven't received any order update or tracking info yet.
A. You will only get an update about your order once it has been shipped out and not in between the processing.
However not all of our products are sent using a traceable service. These specific items are listed under the shipping and return policy tab and will automatically be shipped out after 7 days with Standard international and therefore no tracking or shipment info will be given.
Q. The price listed on your website does not match the amount that was taken from my account, what went wrong?
A. The answer is simple; The prices on the website are in Great British Pounds (GBP) also known as £
Therefore you must convert any amount into your own currency. The amount taken from your account is how much the total was in your own currency.
Please use our currency converter at the the cart page or use Google to convert Pounds into your own currency BEFORE committing to purchasing.
Q. My order hasn't arrived yet and it has been more than 3 weeks (does not apply to Arabic necklaces)
A. Sometimes delays happen due to numerous reasons. We ask all of our customers to please be patient as orders are coming from the UK. In order to keep the shipping cost at a low some items are sent with no tracking and can take a little bit longer. If you have not received your order after 21 working days (Saturday and Sunday not counted) please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and state your full name and order number. We will then have to investigate and open a claim with the post office.
Q. Will I be charged a customs fee?
A. Dixiegraze cannot control any customs or import duties applied to your parcel. All applicable charges must be paid by the customer and we are not held responsible for these charges. There is also no way for us to know what the cost will be as customs charges vary from country to country.
Q. My package got sent back to the UK because I didn't pick it up on time, will you send it back to me?
A. If you missed your delivery and fail to pick up your parcel in due time your post office will automatically send your parcel back to us. Dixiegraze is under no circumstances held responsible for an unclaimed parcel nor the wrong shipping address. Should your parcel get sent back to us you then have to pay for shipping costs again before we send it back to you.
