INFORMATION REGARDING CHRISTMAS ORDERS
Last date to order any customized name necklaces or chokers is the 26th of november. All orders placed after this date will not be processed until January 2018.
All other items (non customized) must be ordered by the 8th of December. All orders placed after this date will not be processed until January 2018.
Please note that these are the Post Offices own guidelines and no guarantees can be made as delays may occur beyond Dixiegraze's control.
If you do not have a
PayPal account you can still checkout using a debit or credit card. Once the paypal page opens, at the bottom of the page when checking out there will be an option saying "click here to pay with card"
Shipping fee is based on location and the weight of your order.
All orders within the UK are £2.99 except the Luxury choker, RANI choker, RANI rings and all items from the DIXIEGRAZE X GYPSYLIFE collection which cost £4.
The Old English choker must be sent with special delivery (£6.45) as this is the only service offered by Royal Mail that covers items valued over £50.
Next Day delivery £6.45 - available within the UK only and not available for customised name necklaces. Next day delivery can be arranged depending on stock and availability. Please email us in advance about this before 1pm should you need an order quicker and we will invoice you for payment. Please note that there will also be an additional charge of £3 to speed up your order as item are handmade.
International shipping is £9.50
We use Royal Mail to ship all orders. This is the standard postal service in the UK, once an item is shipped abroad it is delivered by the standard postal service in that specific country. For example; 'USPS' in USA, 'Posten' in Sweden, 'Australian Post' in Australia and so on.
All orders take up to 7 days to process/make. Exception : ALL customised name necklaces which take 2-3 weeks. If you ordered a customised name necklace with another product they will both be sent out together.
Please allow 7 days processing time before your order is sent out. Most of our products are handmade.
For "Alter Ego" hand stamped necklaces please allow 10 days processing time before shipped out.
For all customised name necklaces please allow approximately 2 weeks to process before shipped out.
Shipping times vary from country to country but for most international orders please expect 7-21 working days. (Saturday's and Sunday's/Bank holidays not counted as working days)
Shipping to the UK is usually 2-5 working days.
ALL orders are processed and shipped from the UK.
Example ; Lets say you ordered customised name name necklace on the 1st of the month, it would then take 2 weeks to process and be shipped out approximately on the 14th day, then shipping would take anything from 7-21 working days.
PLEASE NOTE; shipping times are just a guide and not guaranteed, once shipped out it is up to the post office in each country to deliver your order, and in what speed they do so Dixiegraze have no control over.

At this time all sales are final. There are NO refunds or exchanges. Please be sure you know these terms and conditions before you purchase anything! All prices are in Great British Pounds (£)
All items are made to be durable, and we work hard to make sure that the item/s you receive is of considerable quality. If however a piece arrives imperfect please notify us immediately and we will replace or repair.
We do not offer refunds when we can replace or repair. We will not accept any returns of items that have been clearly mishandled; resulting from misuse, accidents, alterations, exposure to corrosive or abrasive substances or other factors outside of normal expected use.
We will also not provide any refund or exchange for "change of mind" or wrong choice of chain length reasons.
DAMAGES AND FAULTS
All items are quality checked before packed and shipped out, but occasionally there may be a fault we missed. If an item you receive is faulty or broken you must contact us on the same day you receive it and email us photo proof of the damage. We will then happily replace your item.
It is the customers responsibility to send it back to us and it remains the customers responsibility until the item reaches us. For your own protection , we recommend that you send the item using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is NOT considered a fault.
