Q. Can i wear my jewellery in the water?

A. Yes we do! 
Q. When will my order arrive?
A. All orders have up to 7 days processing time before shipped out, except all customised name necklaces that takes longer.
International orders take anything from 3-5 working days to arrive (Saturday and Sunday not counted)
UK orders take anything from 1-3 working days

Q. Why haven't I received any order update or tracking info yet?
A. You will only get an update about your order once it has been shipped out and not in between the processing.
Q. The price listed on your website does not match the amount that was taken from my account, what went wrong?
A. The answer is simple; The prices on the website are in Great British Pounds (GBP) also known as £
Therefore you must convert any amount into your own currency. The amount taken from your account is how much the total was in your own currency. 
Please use our currency converter on the the top right corner to convert GBP into your own currency before you commit to buy. Please note that you will still pay in GBP but the converter gives you an estimate of the price in your currency. Paypal also gives the option to pay in your own currency, however PayPal charge a small fee for this.
Q. My order hasn't arrived yet and it has been more than 2 weeks? (does not apply to name necklaces)
A. Sometimes delays happen due to numerous reasons. We ask all of our customers to please be patient as orders are coming from the UK. If you have not received your order and its been 14 working days since your order date (Saturday and Sunday not counted) please email us at dixiegraze@gmail.com and state your full name and order number. Please note this does not apply to name necklaces which takes longer to process.
Q. Will I be charged a customs fee?
A. Dixiegraze cannot control any customs or import duties applied to your package. All applicable charges must be paid by the customer and we are not held responsible for these charges. 
Q. My package got sent back to the UK because I didn't pick it up on time, will you send it back to me?
A. If you missed your delivery and fail to pick up your package in due time FedEx will automatically send your package back to us. Dixiegraze is under no circumstances held responsible for unclaimed packages nor the wrong shipping address. Should your package get sent back to us you then have to pay a new shipping fee before we send it back out to you. For all international orders Fedex will attempt delivery and then hold your package for 5 working days if you are not at home, it is the customers responsibility to make arrangements to then either redeliver or collect their package within this time frame, after that it will automatically get returned back to us, in the event that this happen we will deduct a return fee from your original order amount to cover any costs to have the package sent back to us, as DIXIEGRAZE is not held responsible for unclaimed shipments. Please also note that in addition to this return fee, we will also not be able to refund the original shipping fee. 
Q. Can I leave a note with my order for a gift or provide delivery instructions?
A. Unfortunately we are unable to do this. Our note section is only for customers who needs to leave a note about custom items or chain options. We don’t print out any paperwork with your order, so if you are buying a gift for someone they will not see the price.
Q. Do you offer wholesale?
A. Sorry, we do not at this time.
